Visiting the shop is like going back in time to my childhood as in addition to stocking a huge selection of beers and wines he also stocks lots of sweets. Brendan who owns the shop is a lovely chap and knows huge numbers of the local people by first name and also what they usual purchase

No where like Brendan's! He is a one and only. I have known him my whole life and 28 years on he still makes me laugh every time I go into his shop. So much respect!!!

Brendan the owner is worth the visit alone. Super friendly and always with a story to tell. Great prices and great selection. You can't go wrong :)

Christmas Day gave him a call as needed some more prosecco with dinner and called to see if he was open he said chap when you come and I’ll open to give you what you need. Fab shop nice guy

Thanks Brendan! Went in to find an ice-cream but didn't realise it was cash only. Brendan told me to pay next time I came in, despite it being the first time I've ever gone in there. All settled now and I got more icecream:) People like Brendan make a community!
