2 weeks ago I was waiting at the till and the owner (or whoever was working) arrived talking with 2 people he seemed to know and served them even if I was before them. When it was my turn he didn’t say hi, he kept talking to them. I payed in cash, he didn’t print me any receipt and didn’t return me the change of 2p.
It wouldn’t be an issue for 2p but first he didn’t serve me even if I was there before, second he didn’t say hi, third he didn’t print the receipt and the worst he kept talking with these other customers assuming he wasn’t supposed to give me the change of 2p back.
Clearly he doesn’t know customer service at all

I normally buy the Nvee vape liquid for 3£ he charges 4£ for no reason. Overpriced and always try to do the usual monkey business of off-licence stores. Be careful and check the prices. You expect to spend 6£ you spend 10£ instead.
