Food And Wine

Do not shop here. They are selling products that have gone off. I bought a bottle of expensive wine and when I opened it, it was dark yellow and tasted very clearly off. However, when I politely and almost apologetically popped back in asking if they could swap it for a different bottle the guy behind the counter refused. I then asked if he could refund me and he refused that too. He then proceeded to tell me that wine does not go off and it is not his problem but that it’s his suppliers problem.
I am appalled at the service I have received here, over something that could have so easily been resolved.

Always well stocked, nice staff and seems like they are always open! Really great to have locally.

Nice staff, always helpful and polite.

A good range of luxury grocery items as well as the usual things.

I will use this as my regular convenience store from now on - the one round the corner isn't nice.

Best in the business. Friendly and always happy to help. Good deals and nice selection within the shop.
