I found the staff to be rude and the prices to high, with a lack of variety the store petitioned to keep a much needed Tesco from being built across the road. the off licence is a meeting ground for the local kids to hang outside making for an unfriendly environment. There is also a toilet in the back of the store right next to food storage.

If you are served by the original owner, you have a bargain, great service and knowledge of wine, and an incredibly nice and polite man - different generation different ways of dealing with the public.

Very good customer service, a family run establishment serving the local area for over 30 years. Good value for money and a large selection of wines, beers and spirits which are at good value. Bread, milk and other daily essentials are available at cheap prices.

My family have been using this store for over 25 years staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Always a good experience and excellent customer service when we come to visit this London Vintners.

Great shop, excellent customer service, our family have been using this shop since the late 80s. I always collect my online parcels from here and never experienced any issues. Loads of items and at good prices.

Really bad customer service, tried to return something VIA amazon UPS where theres an option for no packaging and printer, the old man, who I think is the shop keeper, just kept telling me they don't have that services. But i've been to them before to do it. Really unhelpful and don't know why UPS want to work with them.
