They are payzone retailers, but whenever you go there for top-up, they ask you to buy something from the shop and only then thy will top-up. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid going there

I been two times for this shop to drop the yodel parcel , they ask you to buy something from the shop otherwise he wont accept the parcel . Absolutely disgusting and very bad customer service. Avoid going there. I dont recommend this shop to anyone. I came with my toddler date 22/12.22 morning between 9.30 to 9.45am you can check your cctv camera we are not telling lies.

Polite and friendly staff. Clean premises. This was the only place in all of Hayes that was able to help me sort out my electricity key and provide a replacement. Saved a lot of hassle.
