Speaking purely about the UPS drop-off experience, the owner / guy who is at the store most of the times is quite useless. I dropped off my parcel and two days later noticed that the package was still in the store. I rang the store and asked if the collection was done - he rudely said yes and cut the call. I called UPS to confirm and they said the package is still in the store. I went to the store and asked him to show me his storage area - to which he nearly put up a verbal argument. I didn't back down and told him I'm going to complain about him to UPS. He finally opened the storage, and behold - my parcel was right there. Immediately, he was very apologetic about the whole situation and offered to go drop off the parcel at the UPS depot. I didn't want that. I took my parcel and went to another UPS store - end of story. Do not trust this store with your UPS packages - disappointment guaranteed.

THe shops is also an UPS access point. the guy (thin, medium height <170cm, in his 40s) is unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. UPS sent my parcel to the shop for collection, I went with the 'sorry we missed you' card and my ID, the guy refused to give me the parcel and insisted that I must provide a tracking number. I have no idea who sent the parcel how can I get the tracking number. The guy refused to help, and I spent hours contemplating who could be the sender and contacted them individually. Finally I got hold of the tracking number and went back to the store. Surprisingly, the same guy had a look of the tracking number and asked my name, he gave me the parcel without checking the tracking number and my ID. He gave me the feeling that he enjoys making people's lives more difficult.

The issues didn't end here, I had to return some items of the parcel with prepaid return label, the same guy took the parcel, and said that I will get the receipt by email - but he didn't ask my email or phone number, so i asked him where the receipt is, he said if i am the real sender i would get the email confirmation, it's all done automatically. In previous UPS drop off experience, the shop asks the sender's email address or mobile number, an email or text would be received straight away once the parcel is scanned. As this is a parcel to be returned to a shop, I didn't want to risk it by sending it without getting a receipt. I requested to get the parcel back, but the guy refused, he said he already scanned the item, it's already in the system. Then I told him i am going to make a complaint about him, then he gave me the parcel back straightaway. He didn't scan the parcel again (to mark the parcel been withdrawn as he said it's already in the system), which makes me doubt that whether he did scan the parcel in the first place or not. The next day i went to another UPS access point, they did ask me the email address and I got the receipt straight away. Overall, I think this guy is too lazy to do any work, he didn't want to type in my email or mobile so he told me the receipt would be sent automatically.

This is a terrible place to get packages sent to. Not only are they not sticking to their opening hours but packages when delivered are strewn all over the from entrance area where anyone could walk in and take when someone wasn't looking. I got asked to help find my own package and then when I located one no ID or anything was checked I just signed. Never ever will I use here again.

Shut down, lease forfeited. After years of poor service, and from what you can see is mouse infestation, has shut the shop down.
