Good customer service but need to increase on the range of products also improve on the lighting.

Disgusting service today (14.09.19) and on a few other occasions. Took a collect+ parcel there, worker refused to take it, said “the parcel is too big” - which it wasn’t. My child carried the box into the shop, without any issue. Shouldn’t be a collect+ shop if adequate space isn’t available to store items. Shopkeeper was rude, dismissive and didn’t even look at me when I questioned this seemingly new policy. On a side note, the shop is cluttered, in need of a good clean and sprucing up.

Beware nothing is price marked and made up prices for items not scanning. when they do scan stuff the till point is obscured so you cant see what they are charging. tried to do a dhl collection, staff behind the counter dont know what they are doing. always on the phone to the boss for everything. shadow of what it used to be . avoid unless its just for small treat or essential item.

- Staff have no clue how to use their own barcode machine to send parcels via a courier service (DHL) or concept of how to scan a barcode.

- I am left out of pocket paying for a parcel which has gone no-where.

- Disgraceful customer service.

- After 3 days of trying to sort the delivery myself bewtween the shop worker and shop owner.
I have done more traveling than my own parcel.

This company fraudulently used my eBay account to purchase a £219 TV. I have contacted the fraud squad.

£149.99 transaction gone out of my account in this name and address for a 32" Television off of eBay will be contacting police

The woman who works there is just rude and incompetent. I used to use this place fairly regularly, but avoid it now

Google says open at 9 am during the week .it's Tuesday at 10:42 am and completely closed up ,no note on the door or anything .
