On my most recent visit to this store on 06/12/18, I found her attitude and mannerisms unacceptable. She was on facetime prior to me walking into the store and couldn’t tell them to hold on whilst she served me but instead continued to speak to whom ever she was on the phone with while I was speaking to her. This was blatant disrespect towards the customer.
I visited the shop to retrieve my parcel that had not been sent back to the retailer. My retailers website informed me that I was able to send parcels back from this exact location so that’s exactly what I did a few weeks ago. I discovered I had not been refunded by the retailer and emailed them of this. I was told my package had not been sent back. When I questioned why it was sent back, I was bluntly told “we don’t send back parcels back here”. So why upon my arrival previously was I told they do? I dropped my parcel off and said “I would like to send this back for return” and distracted as always, the woman took the parcel and said “okay”. Why has the story now changed?
I am greatly disappointed and unsatisfied with the poor level of communication and customer service skills that I encounter whenever I’m in Jardin Food & Wine. This needs to change or I’m certain they will lose customers.
Not the first time they've said this, also I've heard this complaint from other customers. No problems guys I'll never shop there again
