Shirley Convenience Store

Just went in there literally to return a parcel. I was asking the man how to print the label and where to put my package. I didn’t know where to leave it as the man didn’t make it clear, so I left in the corner near the printing machine. Then he went at me really aggressively and started to yell at me, and told me “why don’t you take it home with you, I am not doing it for you” “why did you leave it there”. And a lot more impolite words. Very rude and the worst service I’ve ever experience. If it wasn’t the only place for me to return stuff, then I would never go there by choice. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!

I went in on the off chance my little one needed a drink.
The lady in here is so lovely very kind and welcoming talked to my little boy made us feel very welcome.
I wanted to re review as I today found out it's under new management and it really showes the new management are lovely and very friendly.

Such a wonderful experience shopping at the store as under new management. Husband and wife team are so welcoming, friendly and always smiling. Such a fantastic change from the previous miserable owner. A delight to shop there now plus lots of new ranges added.

I collected a my first parcel from this store yesterday (Tues 1st Nov). A very nice friendly lady who was on a call was able to multi task and serve me whilst still involved in a conversation. I didn't mind at all because she was very friendly and was able to guide me through getting the pass code on my phone, even though I couldn't connect to the Internet. She suggested I stand outside for a better connection. It was absolutely pouring down so by now I would usually be slightly agitated but I wasn't. I stood outside under their nice new canopy but no signal so I walked down the road in the pouring rain and got completely soaked! Which by now would cause me to snap at the first opportunity but I was surprisingly fine. I managed to get a connection, got the passcode and went back into the shop. The very nice lady was deep in conversation on her mobile but immediately cheered when she saw the code and detl with my collection efficiently. She was so polite & friendly. The shop was immaculate which gave me the opportunity to notice all the fabulous things they sell. Great local shop, I would recommend everyone use their parcel drop off and collection service.

customer service was terrible, they had zero level of patience and and were incredibly inconsiderate and rude. Would give zero stars if I could.

Just experienced horrible abuse from this business while returning an Amazon parcel. The person behind the counter abused us for not buying anything from the store when we were using the store as an Amazon parcel return location. Will not use this store again and do not recommend it at all. Find another place to return your Amazon parcels when you need to.
