AD Food & Wine

Used for UPS access point for a delivery. They refused to accept the order because they apparently didn't have any space to accept it (it was a t-shirt). Has no right to be an access point and should be removed from UPS's systems.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Shop owner refused to let my friend in despite not being closed and told her to come back a week later! Had to ask for 10-15 minutes before they let her have the package and he claimed he was joking...

The shop is an absolute joke.

I have bought strawberries for 5 pounds today . They place them in a box in a such way that you can’t see that they are already 1 month old. You can’t cheat on a such way as you are losing your customers. Will not buy anything any more there. Photo attached.

The cashier was rude and talking on the phone instead of acknowledging my purchase. When I finally asked can this purchase go ahead, he obnoxiously said to someone on the phone "Sorry, I have a customer, give me 5 minutes", as if serving customers is not his primary role at the store. He then started to scan the items, and as if purposely scanned the same product two times.
He charged me more than what actually is, 10+£ for water(1-1.50£), soya milk(1-2£), and cereal(3.99£), whereas in other places with same products and brands this would cost 6-7£, so I consider this as an attempted scam. Unbelievable. Something you shall never encounter at Sainsbury's, Tesco, Aldi, etc.
I left straight off and said I shall complain.

The place has all products and fresh fruit and vegetables. And a very good alcohol selection. Staff are amazing and friendly and also you can drop and collect UPS parcels and amazon and also DPD 😎

Says 24 hours. I ring then cuts me off.. are they 24 hour or not?

I have reported the store to UPS who have opened an investigation. Please contact them if your package has disappeared and DO NOT use this store. Someone called Azis signs for the packages and then they say they have already been collected or they claim they haven't got them. Something dodgy is going on and I will make sure it's resolved. Staff are rude.
