Awesome staff

Disgusting attitude, awful service , no acknowledgement at all, do not use the Collect+ service as my parcel was thrown 8ft from one person to another right Infront of my eyes, when confronted it was a fragile parcel, I was rudely ignored and there was no apology.

SO RUDE!
Used this shop for Click & Collect for the Randox COVID tests. My parcels wasn’t there, the man was no help at all and was so rude, he didn’t even know what Randox was. AVIOD!

Absolutely useless. Didnt seem to want to serve me, had no clue what yodel was, initially he thought I was delivering him a parcel, then walked off and served another customer just abandoned me and ignored me. I hope my parcel makes it but I have my doubts.

Staff are so rude

The worst shop ever. The man was rude. I asked if I could post a parcel and he just said no. I said why not he lied and said the machine wasn’t working when there was loads of parcels on the side. I feel like he just didn’t want to bother doing it. I also feel like he is racist to white women and I have never felt like this before. Avoid at all costs. I wished I had read the previous reviews before going. This shop needs a change of staff. The younger lad is friendly and nice. The older man is horrible.

If it was possible to leave minus stars I would! I never leave reviews but I literally in my 50 years have never experienced a more rude, obnoxious and frankly angry customer servant! was posting a yodel parcel and rather than let you place the parcel on the counter while he scans it he made me go to where the machine was which had boxes of cigarettes papers by it, I put my very light parcel on top of a box and he angrily says ‘put in hand’! You are causing £100’s of damage’ After several rude interactions with this old man I said you are so rude I’m not coming here again, he said ‘good go another shop I only get 7p per parcel’ clearly he does not want to be a parcel shop…..SO DONT BE!!!
I’m still reeling from it! AVOID AVOID AVOID
