Lovely little shop in west Malling. The owner and staff member are great! There are some lovely gems to be bought here. The drink selection is great and always changes while keeping all your favourites handy!

Owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I would love to support local businesses but after being called ‘rude’, told ‘not to rush back’ when walking out of the shop and when asked what he had said he answered that ‘he did not want my business anyway’ I therefore will not support him anymore.

I tend to use it as a parcel drop off for collect plus. I don't usually buy their wine as it is more expensive than hopping across to France.

Went to collect a parcel, was asked for release code which I had not received, as looking through messages, shop keeper sat on his stool, arms crossed with a smirk. Small thing but poor customer care plus limited stock all available at lower prices via internet, guess where I'll shop in future...

Owner incredibly helpful and pleasant - helped us out with selecting cigars to pair with whisky ( that we already owned). Didn’t feel like he was trying hard to make a sale and he was very knowledgeable, giving us plenty of background info to make a choice. Would buy from here again.
