Awful non caucasian younger man behind counter with absolutely appalling attitude! He's arrogant, obnoxious and rude! And other customers behind me also thought exactly the same! He turns people off going in there, and let's the shop and other friendly staff down. He shouldn't be serving customers but be placed in the stock room or FIRED would be the better option/choice!

Not very helpful staff! Regarding trying to locate a parcel that was dropped off by DPD as it is a pick up point ? Still haven't received my parcel ?

Couple of male staff miserable & look like they can't be bothered, absolutely no idea of customer service. Makes you not want to go in there.

Milk from here always off ..try exchange staff and boss don't wont know .don't bother selling milk be my advice if can't give service .never again
