The customer service is zero,the experience I had today was horrible, both worker that served me today need to go for more training and I will report them too,my daughter went to collect her parcel they refused her because she had no proof of ID she only had the text message from her dad and driving license sent through the phone they rejected that which was fair enough, I went with scan code,my driving license, they rejected,I have to send my daughter home to collect extra proof before my parcel was collected,I will report this

Good, slightly disorganised. Could have been due to not having a separate section for parcel collection. Waited a while, whilst other customers were being served. Server, friendly and helpful.

This is just a typical convenience corner store, where you can buy a variety of domestic and food producs. There is not a wide range of products available in comparison to the large stores. One thing I might add, the fruit products are not always consistent in regards to quality. The staff are quite friendly. It is just a typical corner store.

Never use this newsagent for parcel pickup. 3 parcels were sent for collection there, but they claim they only had 1. Shopkeepers extremely rude and unhelpful, just kept telling me to call courier company..they didn't even bother checking whether they had missed seeing missing items. Will never go back
