DO NOT trust them with any parcels (Collect+). I dropped off two parcels before Christmas, which they scanned and gave me the receipt for. They were never seen again. The courier informs me that they were never collected because once you drop your parcels off, the receipt you get is only proof of dropping them there. The staff then have to book with the courier for them to come and collect them. They did not do this so now my parcels are lost. I cannot claim compensation from the courier because they never had them and Collect+ won't assist with any courier issues.
