Really helpful and friendly. Went to despatch two Hermes parcels, one of which I had to print the label in store.

Chap behind the counter helped me through how to do it - especially when I couldn't get the scanner to read the QR Code!

It's your usual little corner shop, but the owners are nice and it's a good place to take your parcel returns.

Lovely place. I only use for Hermes but that is never a problem and they are all very helpful and efficient.

Rude, unhelpful, dishonest female shopkeeper. She completely lost the plot when I asked if I could use my app which has tracking information on. She called me stupid. She laughed in my face and made up things. She said I was angry when I was just disappointed and trying to find a solution. I refused to go back and sent my husband in. She has sent 1 parcel back, but the poor lady who sent it (and lost her money) hasn't recieved it. I have 3 separate parcels here and she told my husband they are not there and refused to double check. They are there. The tracker says they are. She is a liar with disgraceful customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff/owners. A nice traditional 'corner shop' with the added advantage of being a Hermes drop off point.
