Staff always on phone even when serving you and often abrupt. I suspect most people only visit out of urgency/desperation

N.B. im not sure how this happened but most of the 4+ reviews here are for the Sandwich bar next door and not for this store.

In response to the owner's comment I dont know who you've got me confused with but I didn't say anything at all to your staff. You're making me seem like I was abusive when I didn't say a word. Just making an observation.

I have been to this store for money gram services and the short man who is most of the time there, is quite unprofessional, rude, racist and has no manners at all.
In a day I went twice with a baby although I confirmed he is available in the shop, by the time I went he gave an excuse for having lunch although he was dealing with other customers for not processing the money transfer.
I would not suggest this store to anyone 👎

the staff always talks through the handset. sells expired products. parcels from them never arrive. I do not recommend!

I use this shop for the post office only and every time I go in there the short man who works there is absolutely miserable, rude, doesn't like women or white females to be more accurate, and has no customer service or manners.
On one occasion I was in a rush and needed to quickly post a parcel, another customer was in the shop but didn't know what to buy, I passed the parcel and he said, 'hes before you wait'. The customer said, 'oh I'm not ready she can go ahead of me.' He was so angry, and snatched the parcel off me, refusing to make eye contact or anything.
Conveniently enough, that parcel never arrived at its destination. When tracking the item, it said it hadn't even been attempted. So he had clearly got rid of it.
I will NEVER use this post office again. I will use the Tesco express on langdale road!
