This man gave the worst service!! He was rude and moody. I bought an oyster card but wanted to top it up only. He didn't explain to me that it wont work. When I came back I just asked to top 3 pounds so it can work. He charged me 8£ and said it's going to be my ballance. Then I see theres only 3 pounds. I had to pay twice for the same card just because he doesn't care to explain for people. I had the worst experience in years!😡😡 never coming back and suggest no one to!!
