Absolutely disgusted! Didn’t even want to put 1 star took a parcel back and asked what would be the cheapest option for what I was doing. Both husband and wife told me not much difference in price. So was quoted £26.75 I said it was a lot and she said 2nd signed for was only slightly less, I paid this and left not happy.
I thought about it I’ve the weekend and went to the post office I used for years, they told me 2nd class signed for would have been £8 MASSIVE DIFFERENCE!!!! Absolutely disgusting, I’ve always thought of the post office people to advise and give the best of their opinion.
I’ve heard other complaints about them over charging too on a Facebook post I posted!
DO NOT USE THEM man very unfriendly too…. I’m taking this further!!! Different if it was a couple of pounds but it’s nearly triple

My favourite shop to go to in potters bar. The man and lady who run it are always very helpful. Love the man’s sense of humour and always cheers me up going in there. They are both very knowledgeable about the mailing system.
