Rude staff. If you don’t want to keep a parcel then don’t offer Hermes drop off services!

EDIT: My wife (toddler and baby on pushchair) went back to use their Hermes "service" since they said the business changed hands. They had no problem telling her to go back home with the parcel. If you are looking for a place to return stuff using Hermes, don't waste your time here. We use Budgens now.

If I could give 0 stars I would do it. The man who work there was rude, chauvinistic and racist. Even I was first in the shop and already he started checking my deatiles to collect the parcel, when another man came to the shop he just asked him about his shopping. I had to to point that first he has to bring my parcel and then he can deal with another costumer.
Certainly, men who work there have some issues with white women. I will have to change the delivery company as can't be treated like that each time when I collect the parcel.

Always a very helpful, pleasant and happy man behind the counter. Well stocked convenience ship with good prices. Not sure why there are so many poor reviews.

Lovely little store do lots of things they even take my parcels there and do the lottery and lots more and open every day

Very rude and unhelpful, don't go here! I've been to this store 3 times now to drop of Hermes parcels. Everytime the chap behind the counter was unhelpful and very rude. I gave him the benefit of doubt by coming back twice more but will never come here again. This store should be struck off parcel agent list. Even my neighbour has had the same experience.

The chap behind the counter was unhelpful, monosyllabic and clearly too busy to assist customers (!). When asked about the Hermes collection merely pointed to where the machine is and said "I don't know".
The machine was easy to use. Label printed.
When turned to complete transaction, had to wait as he did his own thing (no one else in store) - took his time applying lip balm and ignored me until he was finished.
The store is untidy. Cluttered and not sure I'd go again for this service. Others nearby to try instead.
