I have just been to collect my parcel which has been re-directed to RAM Newsagents - it's advertising on-line that's it's open until 10 pm and yet at 8.10 pm it is all closed up!!!

I hope dpd stops using this shocking excuse of news agents as a drop off point - the woman serving today was too lazy to check our parcel had arrived - we went there 3 times - to eventually get a call off her saying they stuck it behind the slush puppy machine for it to have leaked on it - if she had just properly checked the first time we Wouldn’t of been angry - on another note - first time in this shop - god.it looks horrendous! Ps they need to update their opening times as was closed when we came yesterday even though said it was open…

The shop has been open over 7yrs now although we can not please every customer I can assure you guys that the shop takes great pride in stock, presentation and the highest customer service, and being able to compete with big stores and multiples it holds its own when it comes to running an efficient service, the comment made about a “50p” charge on the credit and debit card is untrue as the sign does not state that at all, theres a minimum spend of £1,as you can appreciate that buying a pack of wrigleys chewing gum on your card is not feasible as the retailer still has to pay transaction fees for the terminal.

Shop not open, two days in a row I've been to collect a parcel, both times the shutters are down. DPD say 18.00 Google says 22:00 please update your opening hours!
