Really helpful staff with lots of treats for the whisky lovers out there!

Not only is it one of the best places I've visited in terms of customer service, but I've not left empty handed. The sheer knowledge from the polite gentleman in the store meant that we felt comfortable in our choice. This paired with the ability to try a sample. I know nothing about whiskey and this definitely influenced my choice, if not made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
If you want a good quality whiskey at various prices, this is the place to go in Norwich

I discovered this shop by accident whilst finding myself around Norwich and what a lovely find, I made a purchase on there own blend rum and with the gentleman serving willing to share knowledge and a sample I left a happy customer and now enjoying the rum at home, I'll look forward to visiting again when in Norwich.

Good selection and range of various Whiskys. Helpful and friendly

The shop had a good selection of whisky when I visited in December. The assistant explained that they had been busy in the lead up to Christmas so they were a little shorter than usual. The atmosphere was relaxed and the customer service was good. It is possible to try some of the whisky before buying if they have any available in a tasting bottle. I found a whisky that I hadn't tried and purchased. Price was a little more expensive than online but that is to be expected in a town centre based shop. You visit more for the experience and the opportunity to browse bottles from different regions and distilleries. I would recommend this shop and will definitely visit again when I am back in Norwich.

I was looking for a retirement gift for my dad, who likes certain scotches. I asked for ones similar to my fathers tastes but more upmarket. Chris at the shop was very friendly and helpful giving me great suggestions and letting me try some. He even made a good suggestion on buying a limited run whiskey that suited how special I wanted to make the occasion.

Friendly, highly knowledgeable staff and a huge range of whiskey to suit all budgets- this is an absolute gem of a shop.
