I sent a parcel of clothing I had sold on Vinted via this shop and it never arrived. On investigation it turns out they sent it by the wrong carrier. When I enquired via the carrier they sent it with they had no record of it ever being sent. The two men in the shop were very unhelpful and claimed it had nothing to do with them. I don't know if this is some scam to keep people's parcels. I am now out of pocket and my parcel is gone.
The ratings say I have to click on a star which I have but if I could I would give them zero stars!
