Loyal customer for fifteen years, but went in there today and wouldn't except a £4 payment because it was in 10p coins. And when I tried to protest, all I get is attitude!!

So thats a couple of grand per annum in revenue these idiots have lost.

refused to honour a lotto win of £40. asked for card back and he said he had put it in bin and no chance of finding it. i have sharp hearing and i didnt hear him swipe the scratch card in the machine. I know and will never give my custom there again
