An outstanding independent wine merchant, Richard has tasted every bottle on sale in his shop so pop in for a recommendation and you won't be disappointed. Also keep an eye out for the tasting evenings which are fun and informative.

Really enjoyable French wine tasting recently at Noble Grape. Richard's knowledge of wines seems encyclopedic and he's got great info about the various regions they come from. A very lovely shop as well, with a great selection of delicious wines.

What an absolute gem of a find. I went to Noble Grape looking for a specialist whisky, rather than the normal wine other reviewers have mentioned. Although the store is predominantly a wine merchants, there are also some superb craft whiskies on offer. The selection is smaller than the wine but the quality is top notch - rather like a classic album, every song's a winner, with absolutely no filler.

The owner Richard is both helpful and knowledgeable and I'll be visiting again soon. My new favourite whisky stop.

Only recently discovered this place and have to say after only 2 visits (and many purchases) it's my new favourite place. The knowledge, advice and recommendations given by Richard are outstanding a pleasure to chat with. I will be back soon no doubt and highly recommend a visit

Amazing selection, gentleman in the shop was very helpful and professional in advising a bottle of wine for my mother, will definitely be back a few times in 2023.

Can't recommend Richard B enough. I have bought from him several times and he is very knowledgeable, has a very wide range of stock. Always excellent wine or champagne (those are what I usually buy).

He never ever tries to sell me the most expensive product he always offers a range for the occasions or person I want to buy for.

Simply the best wine merchant I have met in many, many years! A little more expensive than some of the major on-line retailers but the expertise of the proprietor of the Noble Grape you simply cannot buy elsewhere!
