I called to pay for my green bin .I called and was 1st in the queue but never got to speak to anyone after 20 minutes I put the phone down. Later in the day it got worse 3rd in queue after 45 minutes I gave up .no good calling and hard luck if you can't use Internet.

Trying to get through is so difficult after hearing a long message you are directed to choose an option then placed in a queue it took ages. The service is poor and despite making comments on the service. Customer service seems to be a low priority. It really needs to improve,

The housing officer should be removed from her job at chorley Council she is an absolute disgrace for what she has done and said, putting people in the wrong bands and the way she treats the vulnerable and disabled is a dam right disgrace, and trying to split family's up the way she is trying is so wrong, I will be taking this further and hopefully they will see what a nasty pice of work she really is, absolutely disgusting what she said to me and I'm sure she has probably done it to loads of people aswell ,hopefully by the time I'm done, there will be someone else in her job and not be so discrimination to others

Chorley Council on the whole are OK but do lack some in Public Security with regards to the local kids who ride their bikes and Escooters in the shopping area with no regard for safety of shoppers
