they not helping , ignoring , not educated people working there who not understand nothing

I have been waiting for ages to be moved back into my area and now I’m living in east London all the staff members are absolutely rude no manners and can’t even do their jobs properly

I am homeless! My case worker left and they didnt get me a replacement! They say they will do something and you will never hear from them again! You chase them up and the same thing happens over and over! Now they email me saying they did all they said they was going to do and they no longer owe me a duty as my 56 days are over, ARE YOU KIDDING ME????

THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED! COMPLETELY USELESS! THEY GET PAID FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! FIRE ALL OF THEM AND HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW THE LAW PLEASE!

They should consider closing this entire department down and starting from scratch with clear policies and procedures in place so that the department can work effectively; in my opinion, the current operation of this department is a mess.

Terrible organisation...the staff are rude and unhelpful/unprofessional! They don't care about people's mental health and have out dated and discriminating policies in place which they're apparently "reviewing".
I've asked for a S.A.R (Subject access request) but apparently I have to go through complaints procedure to be able to get this information. I'll be seeking legal advice!

Absolutely disgusted have been asking for help since 1st September and all I get is emails saying we be back to you in 5 days its now November and yet I'm still relying on friends and family whose kindness is running out maybe I don't fit into their quota for help seems like I don't tick enough boxes

Absolutely disgusting been trying to get through since Monday and nothing it says to fill out an application for homelessness on their website there is no application it's all misleading and a complete joke I am extremely desperate at the moment and need help with housing and end up homeless and there is nobody available it is absolutely shameful I understand that were in a pandemic and there are limited services but the amount of time I've been on hold waiting to see somebody and still not spoken to somebody is absolutely disgusting and there is no other option to get help with housing even had a shell to try and contact them today and they had no choice it is a complete farce
