The Woolwich Centre

The black woman receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Gave completely useless instructions to send me away, when I haven’t even finished saying one sentence. She didn’t even bother to listen to my request. Good thing, I tried talking to some other employee within the building who helped me with my council tax overpayment refund.

The 'lady' who dealt with my wing parking renewal was patronising, rude and dismissive. Her body language, the way she talked and looked at me was very disrespectful. Was gossiping with the colleague next to her and in front of me as if I didn't exist. I Wonder if she realises that she is paid to serve the community, not to ill-treat residents like they are a nuisance. She needs communication skills training or change her job all together if she is not happy with it.

Spoke to a lovely agent in repairs today (31/03/22) & it was nice to hear the reform. I haven’t spoken to a rude, dismissive agent in a while; which makes every situation less stressful. Nice.. I’d tip if I could…

The social worker who work at the woolwich are useless they don't help individuals people. But they all let down. The people at the woolwich centre are rude. And plus they love to take advantage out of people live social worker and social service are useless i am telling you they are rude and horrible I had to deal with them myself they can't get away with it.

Greenwich council repairs team are a joke.
Clearly tax payers money are going more towards greedy higher management rather than towards making Greenwich a good council because they're are one of the worst.

Parking services never pick up there phone. What’s the point of having a number? How can I require about a permit to park my car outside my house.

Huge building and very beautiful. I went here for birth registration for my kid and it was all well managed

The staff ,managers I meet and some of the security personnel. They think everyone is same when it comes to issues.
