My daughter has been having music lessons for a year and really enjoys her lessons. The teacher is great and let's me know what is happening with lessons.

At one point I could not get to the lesson and they did it online so my daughter would not miss out.

They let me know about any changes and update me regularly about what is happening.

Incompetence lack of care and 3 months of waiting. Children lessons dropped half way through grades promises of continuity are simply bogus. Speaking and emailing is like trying to get sense out of a chimpanzee... There is no complaints process as the same chimps are in charge of that department too..

We have hertfordhire music service offered through secondary school. The teacher left from one week to the other saying we could sort her grades ourselves. For months no communications regarding a replacement. Now finally an answer: they have no idea whats going to happen / when or if we will have a new teacher.... avoid if you can

The review is no reflection of the teacher who would get a 5. As a service you need to sort out your communications. Have been trying for 3 months to get an invoice amended to pay you some money. You seem to entrusted your whole system to automation and an inability to problem solve. Shocking customer service

This review is only for the admin team or managament. The music teacher is absolutely wonderful. The administration of this service is absolutely abysmal. I am owed money and I have not been able to make contact with intelligent life once in four months, after strenous efforts on my behalf. I did have one reply saying they will forward to the team concerned about six weeks ago. Whoever thinks they are running this show should be ashamed.

2 years of learning guitar, 3 different teachers, long gaps between, and has only started learning chords.
If they were anyway decent they'd just refund me for the last 2 years due to such a poor service offered.

In addition, abismal communication and talking to somone requires several phone calls/messages left, multiple emails and if you're lucky, you may be contacted by somone who can't help you at all.

Oh, but they are always on time with their invoice!

Now seeking alternative service.
I would completely avoid, unless you enjoy wasting your time and money

Received an invoice for lessons for a child that no longer attends the school as she finished. Communication is really poor and they are slow to respond.
