Telephone lines turned off to emergency answer phone 20 mins before office closes ?
Poor service , recycling not picked up twice now , in last two weeks , what are we paying our council tax for ?

cancelled council tax online and they have taken another payment.

Very poor service on collection of the bins, 2nd week running that it hasn't been emptied

Useless, nobody wants to help, they just palm you off to the next person that will say the same thing or put you through to an automated line to be hung up on. Waste of spaces

Views of staff and residents are ignored.
