Newport Information Station

I only gave a star cause I had no choice. In order to leave. A review. This place is useless I phoned about licensing and there's nobody to talk to its all threw email.. Yet it took them almost 30days to respond last time and apparently that is acceptable.. When you pay 100s of pounds on licences you expect someone on the other end of the phone to talk to if a issue is to rise..... Thank you for absolutely no help 👍

Friendly helpful and prophesional but sometimes they send you to see another in the section you need and it doesn't get picked up so you're forgotten, they soon rectify this but can be a bit frustrating, otherwise excellent service

One person working only on the walk in desks and there is 4 person in the information desk just chatting away. Only came here to print out some bills and been waiting over 50mins. Ridiculous.......
