For the second time in a row and in spite of my paying a £40 supplement, my Brown refuse bin has been ignored and is waiting to be emptied. This in spite of my neighbours' being emptied. If your dustmen have something against me, perhaps they could let me know what it is?

The office team coordinating the refuse and bin collection service are always incredibly helpful and efficient. The refuse collection team themselves are equally responsive and they communicate extremely effectively between the two departments.

Being a delivery driver I'm quite friendly with traffic wardens in the counties of North wales, Stafford, Shropshire even the Wirral... but Gwynedd are sneaky little....! I parked to unload at the side of the deniol center (can't use the centers loading bay as I wasn't going to a shop in the center) I've parked to unload, so did another guy, aswell as 2 vans on the PEDESTRIANISED high street. I pick up my packages to drop off, lock the door due to the spice boys at the top off the hill before they rob my van, drop In the package and come back out to a ticket... only me though, the car and 2 vans were clearly the traffic wardens uncles brothers cousins dog walker
as they didn't get a ticket. Roughly 147 seconds after arrival I was driving off again. To top it off I was parked where "loading only" is allowed and is clearly signed too.... so yeah I'd just like to say they are a massive joke 👍

Most departments helpful and efficient - however waste and bins beyond belief awful. They do not care. The worst council department I have ever had any dealings with. The service, attitude and excuses or reasons made for not collecting bins are so exceptionally bad it is almost funny. Only way to handle this incredibly sub-standard service

Bin collections! What a joke.
This is not the first time our recycling bins have not been emptied, for some reason, god only knows what, they leave the glass bottles? We pay enough in rates and emptying bins is not the most difficult job to do so why can't they do it? I could understand you get monkeys if you pay peanuts but these guys are on a good screw, or is it they have not been taught how to empty a bin?

Waste and bins, well, they only have one man per lorry to empty the bins, especially in the summer months.

After paying council tax regularly, I still get a courts and tribunals letter. My bins are not regularly collected, and can never get through to anyone over the phone. Not good enough at all.

Oh and lets not forget, they wont answer the phone and this is the automatic response you get when you email them. ''Please be made aware that emails will be dealt within 2 weeks.''

Any dealings I have had with the council have been very good. They are always extremely helpful and friendly and can't do enough to sort any problem I may have, out for me.
