Disgraceful customer service, this company cannot complete a simply order of 32 handles. It’s beyond them to count out 16 pairs. I emailed them on the same day of receiving the goods, this has been ignored completely. I went onto their online chat and notified them, Lisa supposedly forwarded my messages after checking my invoice as she said she was unable to help.
There was still no response from the company, I asked Lisa once again to help but she was only able to provide another email address.
Order 000003430 still has a shortage of handles 9 days later with no response from the company.
Want an incomplete order and poor customer service you have found the right company!

Update to my original 1 star. Product arrived today, received an email response and a tracking no.

Apparently this is the best way for them to answer. I ordered on Friday and paid for next day delivery. Monday evening now, product still not arrived. Called twice today, both times seemingly to an external call centre and promised a phone call back. Still waiting. No answer to the email today either. If you enjoy poor customer service and paying for a service you don't get then these guys are for you

This is an update to my previous harsh review (see below). I am very pleased to say that Matt from Smart Choice Security contacted me himself to sort out the problem with the delivery of my order. After looking into my order it seems there were faults on both sides and I hold my hands up to that! Thank you Matt for sorting this. "Posting a review seems to be the best way to get a response from Smart Choice Security. I am waiting for an order placed on 4/9/21 with payment taken the same day. It was advertised as being by 2 day courier. Emails received no response and the advertised telephone number does not work and goes round in a loop when you choose your options before cutting off. I know this is only a small order but to me it is important. I would like to receive the items ordered or failing that a full refund so I can order elsewhere."

Efficient service and excellent customer care. Lock arrived day after order, after fitting it turned out to be faulty but smart choice sent out locksmith at their cost to remove it and provided refund. Reordered and next one (also arrived next day) worked perfectly.

Dear Smart Choice Security, I am writing to say thank you. I ordered my item on Friday afternoon and it arrived today, Monday morning. I was surprised and pleased because:

1. You sent me the item I ordered.

2. Even though I ordered it late on Friday it still arrived on Monday.

Now, you may think that this is not that mind-blowing of an achievement on your part but you wouldn't believe how difficult it has been to just get these basics right for other retailers. One of the orders for the same item took seven days to arrive and it was not the item but two padlocks, with a packing slip which had a photo of the correct item on the packing slip! And to return the incorrect items was even more of a nightmare.

So, thank you for being normal and efficient, I mean that as a compliment.

Missing item in order. No response to 2 emails. Advertised telephone number not working.

I have upgraded my review as Smart Choice have now contacted me and, once they were aware of he issue, sent me the missing item very quickly.

They quoted installation from £45, said they had parts on van. Applied pressure saying 10% discount if go ahead given quickly. I think thats just pressure to make sure people don't think about it. Turned up, no parts on the van - must have been a misubderstanding with the office - yeah right - and will need to come back. Said more parts required than actually needed. I know it just needed a part costing £45 that can be easily fitted by anyone with a screwdriver. Whole job cost several times that thanks to Smart Choice Security. Avoid like the plague and keep well away from elderly relatives.
