Richard is our go-to locksmith; he fitted all our new locks when we moved house, came out to help us with the dodgy old burglar alarm installed by previous owners, and then fitted our new alarm as well. He always answers the phone when he can and if he can't he's quick to call back. He's helped us out in some pretty stressful times and I really appreciate it. He's a solid bloke and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a reliable locksmith.

We needed to find a local locksmith quickly as we had a disabled member of the family in the car. They were there within 10 mins. Simon managed to sort things out quickly and was very pleasant and polite. He was happy to return the following day for payment. We've never been locked out before so wasn't sure who to turn to. I had to arrange for an emergency locksmith to go out to my 94 yr old Dad, who couldn't open his PVC front door, so couldn't get out the house.
Simon went out immediately. Making the 40/50 mile drive to Dads house.. The door was removed and fixed with great efficiency and Dad thought he was brilliant, friendly, respectful and helpful.

I called to report a fault on our uPVC French Windows whereby the lock was jammed and unable to open. Less than 2 hours later, Lincoln Locksmith Services arrived and within minutes had diagnosed the problem and fixed it - absolutely fantastic we thought though this got even better when I asked the cost. The reply was "It's OK, there's no charge". Not everyone will be as lucky as we were today but in this day and age, it is outstanding that this exceptional standard of service still exists. First Class!

I used this service on behalf of my daughter who was shaken up after having an unamicable break up with her boyfriend. I was communicating via email as I was out of the country. Responses to my emails were very quick and concise. An upfront quote was given and the work was agreed to be carried out at the time of our choosing. They even managed show up in less than 30mins, once I had informed them that my daughter had come home from work earlier than expected.
They also offered a military discount, which is always a bonus!

I phoned in the morning about the lock on a double glazed back door which would lock on the inside but not on the outside. Richard called round early in the afternoon and very efficiently and quickly fitted a new lock. Very pleased with the service.
