Accrington Door & Window Locks

Tony came around shortly after I called about a sticking lock. Extremely pleasant and professional. Took out the lock, lubricated it, checked the door alignment, replaced the lock which is working much more smoothly. Sorted FOC. Would recommend Tony without hesitation.

I called Tony concerned as our front door wouldn't unlock, sent him a couple of photos and he was there within half an hour as promised. He got it open and found that the lock itself was fine but the door being slightly out of alignment was causing it to jam. He took the trouble to explain and show me and made recommendations to help prevent it happening again in the meantime. He wouldn't accept any payment at all! I've saved his context details so next time we do need a locksmith I'd have no hesitation in using and recommending his services. Thank you Tony.

Warm, friendly and Wonderful service. Rang 8.30am about broken front door lock and Tony said he would be at my house for 10.30. At 10.30 Tony arrived and within 15mins barrel changed and the door given a tune up! Excellent service

Great Service from Tony & Steve today. Steve came out and realigned my patio doors which I couldn't lock or close properly. I can highly recommend both Tony & Steve and will use them again in the future.

Was round to my house in 20 minutes. Probably had the one of the most difficult locks he had ever dealt with with my front door, but still got it the job done.
Also after speaking to him I realised he is a very decent person.
If I ever need a locksmith in the future he will be the first person I ring.

Totally professional and friendly service. Had a really urgent issue at a rental property, and Tony managed to call round diagnose and fix the problem within the same afternoon. Would definitely recommend and be using Tony for all future issues.
