GL_Locks - Gloucester Locksmith

My mum locked herself out of her home, trapped between the front door and the porch door, and needed a locksmith quickly to get her out. George was understanding, courteous and professional on the phone in calling him out (he was there within 20 minutes even though it was the end of the day) and extremely knowledgeable in getting my mum back into the house, without even destroying either lock. Brilliant service.

George was amazing. My front door had the key snapped off inside. He arrived very promptly and talked me through everything he was doing. Very thorough. Clean and tidy worker. The price was very good too. I highly recommend this company. Thank you George.

If only i had used George to begin with, i would of saved myself hundreds of pounds, he takes pride in doing an excellent job, and my locks are now smooth as butter, he rapaired shuddy work,and is so thorough. i run an air bnb , and needed internal door locks,and the previous locksmith done such a bad job, it caused me countless stress and embarrasment. A locksmith you can trust, and wont rip you off, i thoroughly recommend.!!

GL Locks were absolutely amazing when I stupidly got locked out of my house on a boiling hot Sunday.
I initially panicked and telephoned another Locksmith who absolutely ruined my locks and damaged my newly installed doors and still wasn’t able to enter the property it was a nightmare.

George at GL Locks came to the rescue, he specialises in not damaging your doors unlike the other awful company (who may well have used a hammer and chisel) and swiftly gained entry to my property, please note all the locks in my property are high security PAS24 locks, this man really knows his stuff and is very calm and patient. He went over and beyond what he had to and made the door secure, repaired it where possible and helped me purchase a new lock mechanism which once delivered he came and fitted. The man is an absolute star. Please note that the disreputable guy has the same name so please do not get the 2 companies confused. George at GL Locks’ name is well planted in my contacts for any future lock outs! Thank you GL Locks!

George is so nice and knew exactly what he was doing. He came down the same day to change my locks even though he wasn’t working and did a fantastic job. Would recommend. So professional and don’t ever use a different locksmith.

George arrived same day to quickly remove a broken key from a patio door and made time to repair 3 other stubborn locks in the house. He's a fantastic, knowledgeable locksmith and I've recommended him to 2 other people so far.

My front door lock was constantly sticking with the risk of snapping the key inside the lock. I contacted George based on the high feedback scores received from custmomers.
George arrived promptly and after examining my lock, he recommended a replacement lock and explained the diffirent lock types available i.e. security ratings, cost etc.
George then fitted the new lock selected and aswell and realigning the front door and oiling the handles.
