Absolutely awful! Couldn’t fix the door and really damaged the door frame in the process. Tried to leave without any conversation and with the door handle off on both sides. Would not recommend!

Turned up within 20 minutes despite being the middle of the night. Changed the lick really quickly and efficiently and gave us peace of mind that our home was secured again.

I would highly recommend this company. I unfortunately locked myself out on one of the coldest nights. I couldn't get hold of any of my key holders so called Bull locks ltd. A very friendly young man called Arthur said he would be with me within half an hour. To his credit Arthur arrived within 10 minutes and calmly and efficiently got me into my home within minutes. Arthur is a credit to your company. I would recommend and use again.
