He was on time very polite and very quick and reasonably priced

My front door would not lock
I recently had twins and also have a 7 year old and my wife had a c section so i was worried that if I was at work and someone got in she could not move as easy to keep them all safe.

Ross understood my concerns and came straight out to my property and repaired my door with no issues,

It's clear to say Ross knows what he is talking about even to this day still no problem.

Ross has done a few jobs for me in the past and in early March before lockdown my mum needed 2 of her conservatory windows were broken and her door wasn’t working properly, her guttering on the conservatory was also leaking water. Ross and his work partner were so professional and fixed the door there and then and then made a plan for the windows and guttering . A few days later having ordered the window glass and guttering parts, Ross fitted both windows , they looked brand new and sorted the guttering. Over a month has gone by and everything is working perfectly, my mum is over the moon! Ross is such a kind and professional man who really does care and he is value for the money he charges which in my opinion is a fair and decent price, for the time and attention to detail he pays to a job. Thanks Ross for looking after my mum. Keep safe in this lockdown too.
