Robert (owner) is exceptionally knowledgeable. I called to use a locksmith service, having been fleeced in the past by supposed local tradespeople. Robert was able to attend that day, examined the fault, and remedied without having to purchase another new lock mechanism.
Not easily impressed. However, so good was the service that i visited Robert's premises the next day and purchased a new letterbox.
Can't recommend enough, don't waste your time on Yell/Google if any issues with locks, Robert is your man.
