I was impressed with the service from this company. The call handler was helpful and arranged the appointment. John, the locksmith, attended and sorted out the problem we were experiencing with the door lock. He was polite, helpful and gave me advice about how to maintain the security and use of the lock system. I highly recommend them and I would be happy to use their services again.

Faultless service! My door had jammed when I got home, no idea how, but I quickly looked online and saw this locksmith round the corner from me and that it was shutting in 5 minutes. I quickly called them and they had no problem still coming out to me. Joe was there within minutes, he was very friendly and professional. He got me in my house almost instantly, with no damage or adjustments made to my door. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. One thing I really appreciate when calling out any sort of tradesmen as a woman alone is if they make me feel comfortable and Joe did exactly that. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

The handle broke on my upvc window, and I struggled to find a company that could help. I was relieved when the friendly receptionist at Absolute assured me that this was something they could fix. The gentlemen who attended were polite and professional at all times. They were able to replace the handle - but also suggested new hinges, as the windows had significant gaps at the top. My windows had been drafty since I moved in to the property - but I hadn’t realised it was something that could be fixed without replacing the windows. I was very pleased that this was something the Absolute team could do, and even happier that they were able to replace hinges and handles on three windows on the same day. The cost was reasonable, and my flat is now quieter and warmer, thanks to the fix. I am very grateful for the work and suggestions, and would not hesitate to recommend the company. If you’ve got gappy upvc windows or dodgy handles, give them a call! Many thanks to the team.

Contacted as distressed partner unable to remove key from house. Instant response and visit to house within 15 minutes and problem resolved. Polite friendly and reassuring and very very helpful. I would absolutely recommend and am very grateful.
