Despite it being a Sunday afternoon Gaz came to my rescue arriving less than an hour after I called due to my front door being jammed. The job was much bigger than first anticipated yet despite this Gaz was polite professional and went out of his way to make sure the job was done without having to book in a second visit. His work was incredibly neat given the complexity of the job and he left my home clean and tidy when he’d finished. It’s clear he has a great deal of knowledge and experience in his field. His pricing was well explained and fair compared to other businesses that could have attended an emergency call out on a weekend. I would 100% recommend to anyone in the local area

Front door lock mechanism completely jammed, rang GB and a few hours later we had a brand new lock, mechanism and a service at a very reasonable rate.

Called GB Locksmiths after my door handle came away from the door. Gary came and replaced this and noticed one of the hinges were cracked so came back and replaced these and also put a new lock on a window. All done very professionally and at good rates. Would definitely use again if needed and would recommend especially being local. Very impressed

My first contact with this company was by phone and the lady was very pleasant and professional. I was booked in for two days later. Gary turned up on time and was friendly and helpful. Embarrassingly, the issue with my lock was something I could have easily sorted out myself and it took him a minute to fix it, but he was very understanding and waived any charge, as he had another job in the area.
My experience with this company was brief, but very good, so I will definitely use them again.

I got a competitive quote from GB locksmiths for the replacement of x5 locks. They were able to carry out the work soon after the enquiry. Gary was polite, fast and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Messaged GB Locksmiths on Sunday evening. Got a reply promptly that night. On Monday morning I got a 1 hour time slot and the chap turned up when he said he would. Quickly resolved the issue for us and even had a card machine for payment. Great service, thank you.
