G K Locksmiths Ltd

As new home owners we went to GK Locksmiths to seek advice on changing the locks. Based on our photos of the existing locks we were able to talk through the various options in the shop and all pros and cons were explained to us. Once we settled on the best solution for us we promptly received a quote later that day. On the day of the appointment the new locks’ functionalities were again fully explained and demonstrated to us. We had one slightly tricky lock which required a small change of plan, but again, everything was very thoroughly explained and helped us decide. We were very happy with the service provided and would recommend GK Locksmiths to anyone else.

These guys really do provide a wonderful service - they are friendly and accommodating and were significantly better priced than another quote I got for similar work. There is a clear ethos of providing value (both in terms of quality and price) which runs through the company. I will definitely use them again in future!

Our home is, unfortunately, being affected by subsidence. As a result two pairs of double glazed timber French doors are out of line and not locking properly. They both have complex but different locking systems.
I popped into G K Locksmiths on Tuesday afternoon and Craig arranged to visit on Thursday morning.
Craig was a pleasure to have in our home. He was able to solve the problems with the locks very quickly...even in torrential rain...how unlucky was that.
He did a fantastic job and our home is now secure again.
Would be happy to use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was called back immediately and given a time for a locksmith to come out. They arrived punctually and completed the work with minimum fuss taking care not to damage the lock and other parts of the door. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

Used G K for the first time today and even though they were loaded with work ,they gave me great customer service and helped me diagnose the issue over the phone. Ended up buying a lock from them and people in the shop were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If I need a locksmith in future will be using G K.

GK Locksmiths offer a great service. They repaired my broken front door lock very efficiently. They are very fast to attend and are very reasonably priced. The locksmith was most pleasant and helpful too.

I contacted GK Locksmiths about replacing an old lock. Julian was very helpful and patient with my questions and able to offer me a speedy appointment for the new lock to be fitted.

Craig arrived a few minutes before the given time and was efficient and knowledgeable and friendly. The new lock was fitted within 30 minutes, he gave me a thorough demonstration on how it worked and left the place clean and tidy.

Cannot rate highly enough! Lost key for locked security gate totally messed up by cowboy locksmith who spent 2 hours banging, clanging and drilling with no result. Called GK, Rob came round with trusty tool box and confidence. Lock was out, replaced and fitted in under 40 minutes. No hidden charges. Absolutely excellent service. Photos are in reverse order.
FYI the card machine won't accept much deserved tips...
