Great service from a family run local business. Reasonably priced for a same day service. Loved the flexibility of being able to pay over the telephone, ordered additional keys, no mess or fuss and took the fitter less than half an hour to install my new lock. Sorted!! ..and i still managed to make my pre booked hair appointment as it didn't take long. Recommended.

Got my lock changed and a safe box fitted. Very smooth experience:
- booked an appointment of facebook the night before and got an immediate response
- had a video call first thing in the morning so I was advised about the best lock for my door and situation; they also recommended a good place to fit the safe box
- they turned up on the very same day and the installation took less than 30 mins, with the installer being very friendly and giving me useful security tips about my external door
- they facilitated an online payment and the price for the service was very palatable
All in all a great experience, good communication and useful advice. I really recommend the level of service and professionalism. I would use the business again.

If you just want to get a key cut, or a basic fob (they couldn't copy mine but they do some other ones) then this shop is adequate.

However, if you find yourself in a stressful situation as did I, where a number of very unfortunate events led to your post box lock being irreparable (according to Rob). Then don't expect friendly support.

I was told that changing the lock was simple, but it was far from simple. I called this shop as a last hope, but was basically told that I've ruined it now and nothing can be done. "No one will entertain this, if people want to try it themselves then that's up to them". The situation is bad enough, without having this kind of a response when you turn to someone for help. I was misinformed, but instead of politely explaining that, I get these kind of remarks.

I was told then to send pictures and we will see. But by this point you've gone and lost a customer.

I called another local locksmith who was able to offer me help, but informed me that it would cost more. That's fine, I understand that what I've done (as per the instructions) has made the job harder, and that I will pay more than the usual fee. But i was happy to.

Really great service changing 3 different locks on a new flat, good advice on maintaining them and even helped us out with removing a mystery nail we couldn't get out of the wall! Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from Rob! Had an emergency with window locks needing replacing and tenants moving in within a few days. Rob supplied a super efficient service, I was very impressed! It’s great to know where to go when these emergencies happen and you have a company you can trust!

I had previously had a key cut from Timpson's but it didn't work and at this store, they managed to cut a copy that works flawlessly for half the price!

I need copies of a fob. I called, the man said not all fobs work on his machine, so went there on a wing and a prayer because I had been driving around all morning trying to find somewhere that did fobs. Anyway, to cut a long story short, my fob worked. I was delighted, the price was reasonable. The man was approachable and friendly. I will come back.
