Have used this shop for making copies of my keys, purchasing locks and today purchased door furniture and the experience was great again

We asked this strange man who look at the security of our block of flats. He turned up as if he had been drinking too much and we asked him to leave the premises. He is a rude and insolent individual who can barely speak English-an absolute prerequisite in dealing with sophisticated clients. Clearly mentally disturbed. The owner claims it is not him. Even more bonkers than I thought. He is based at 296 Old Brompton Rd. Ignore his lying response. I and the other negative reviews of this man are 100% accurate

Don't usually leave reviews but the proprietor was very helpful last Friday as needed a replacement barrel bolt and he even educated me on the need for pilot holes!! whilst waiting my turn to be served, I overheard him giving sterling advice and excellent service to a customer who needed a lock replacing. 5/5

Super helpful and great shop. I don’t understand the negative reviews here, I only have positive experiences, he has a big selection of locks, is always happy to chat about locks and types and will recommend you a cost effective solution even if not the most expensive (very un-London like, right?), and is just super helpful.

Great service. He made almost hundred copies for us and all worked perfectly every time. Daniel is the best in town.

Guy's a crook billing you full price for just a 10mn waiting because I finally found a way to get inside without my key. Don't recommend.
