Great service from the team at Barry's from initial call to resolution. Christian, who came to the house, dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently with time taken to make sure that the new item was working and I fully understood usage. Would 100% use them again.

The whole experience from beginning to end was 120% fantastic customer service. The lady who answered my call (after 2 rings) was so helpful. I sent in an email with details and got an appointment the next day! I got a call prior to arrival. Chris was professional and gave a full assessment of the problem. However, as there was nothing to fix, he waived the charge! Honest and genuine. An exceptional company!

Christian from Barry's Lock came to our flat to take a look at a window lock, and he was extremely skilled and helpful. In advance of popping over, we had sent a photo of the window and he called to advice on likely outcome, then he came for the visit, diagnosed the problem and immediately let us know. The whole issue was solved much more efficiently with his help, greatly appreciated and very much recommend!
