I am a director of a residents' association that looks after two blocks of flats in west London. The lock on one of our gates was superglued by a vandal, causing great inconvenience. We called Under Lock And Key, and they promptly sent round an experienced locksmith who was able to quickly replace the damaged parts and make the gate operational. The service we received was polite and efficient, and the cost was reasonable. I am therefore happy to recommend Under Lock And Key, and we will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Under Lock and Key were amazing. We just bought a new house. They gave loads of advice about how to change the locks for the most cost effective way ( thanks Toni) and when the change didn’t go to plan (the existing lock was too far gone) - they ordered the part super quick and didn’t need even charge for the second call out charge. Would totally recommend!

Great service from the team. The whole process was simple - easy to book a time for Jack the locksmith to drop by our house and the work of changing locks was done very efficiently at a good price. Jack is a good guy and gave solid advice on how to maximise security while he carried out the work - fully recommend the Under Lock and Key team.

We got our fob copied here as we lost one of ours. We didn’t even know about this service. We went to another store in Clapham and they copied onto a card for nearly triple the price. Would recommend this place! The service was quick and easy and the lady who served us was fantastic. Will be back but fingers crossed we don’t need to be.
