Had stopped at Timpsons as it was outside the super market, they cut my keys. I had to go back with 3 times as the keys never work! Had to get my money back in the end.
When into Greenwich Lock and Key met Danny and Amanda keys cut, worked first time no problem at all. They were cheaper,faster and they could tell why the other keys didn't work! Excellent service and well worth finding the experts. So much better service and knowledge. Thank to both

Have used their services twice in two weeks. Brilliant job done on both occasions by Barry and Dan is very easy to coordinate with. Highly recommended and great to have such a reliable local locksmith.

Maybe the owner/employee was having a bad day, but I walked in asking if a Yale lock could be fixed, immediate response was "no", without even investigating. Further questions were met with eye rolls to colleagues or short, sharp responses. Didn't buy a replacement because the customer service was so unpleasant. Shame.

Everything you could want in a local locksmith. Quick, friendly, trustworthy. Thoroughly recommend them, both for key cutting and getting locks changed.

Fabulous service for a new lock for my street door. I had to visit 4 times, as I didn't get all the information needed. I even got my measurements the wrong way around and Dan just re-did the lock for me. Highly recommend for a professional service at a fair price.
