Really helpful - I took a lock in that I couldn't fix; they put it back together and didn't charge me. Now I know where they are and that they also do mobile call outs I'll definately use them in the future. There's so few businesses like this left that we need to support them.

Excellent service, best of all the honesty, punctuality and reassurance. Although they couldn't do much to help, they've made me realise it was time for a new unit. Definitely will be coming here, when needed in the future!

Not very prepared for business. No mint sauce for lamb dish, no jerk chicken which we were hoping for as it was delicious. No custard for apple crumble.... The staff were truly attentive and very professional. This was 6.30 in the evening. A bit disheartened overall tbh

He cut a key for me which didn't fit the lock. When I went back to get it adjusted he said the key wasn't cut by him. But it is on the same blank as the original key he cut for me. He got very aggressive. In the end he did a bit more work on the key. But it still doesn't work properly. I will have to file it myself. Perhaps he had a bad day? But I would never go back.

Friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. Had three keys cut, all working as required.

Will happily use them again if we need keys cut.

Following some unfortunate criminal activity we needed Homeguard to urgently secure some doors in a rental property for a commercial client on a Friday afternoon. They kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to protect the property. Our client is delighted and relieved to have this sorted before the weekend and it was great to be able to just hand the job over to Homeguard, safe in the knowledge that they would do what was necessary.
