Amazing customer service Dani did a great job, To be honest, I was not expecting the door to be fixed. That he will find the lock mechanism, as it was too old. But he did find a mechanism. That's what makes him different from other lockers. Have never needed a locksmith before but did on Christmas Day no less.
Dan was super quick, super calming, and fought a really good fight with an ultra secure door and lock combination.
Ultimately had to the drill the lock but not without using every other method available.
Everything explained clearly and end result we were in and then re-secured as quickly as possible!
If I or a friend get into this situation again would not hesitate to contact Dan again.

Highly recommended... Don't go elsewhere and don't fall for lower scam quotes you get online. We were locked out of our flat and Dan got there in less than 20 minutes. No rushed jobs and no immediate use of his last resort. He played all his cards to open the lock with minimum damage. It took him so long to complete the work due to the bad installation already in place, but he didn't overcharge us at all. On top of the great service provided, he is a great person, very trustworthy and nice. He fully deserves the five stars given and many more...
