I used their car key replacement service. The guy who helped me out was super friendly and very motivated. Did the job within a few hours and really gave his best. I would highly recommend their car key service and use it again if i need to. Their quotation price was also very reasonable. Brilliant job!!!

Incredibly helpful. I came back four times because the replacement door handle situation was more complicated than I initially realised, and eventually two of the locksmiths came round and fitted the thing for me. Just terrifically helpful, a fantastic shop. Can't recommend enough.

incredibly helpful, had an issue with my storage cupboard key which snapped off and lost the key behind the door. Eddie kindly was able to cut a brand new key skeleton key for me by just looking at the rod & pictures of the door - he was extremely confident it would work and it did!! I am now able to access it & my elderly mum is extremely happy to have access to all her bits. Highly recommend & very reasonably priced. Thank you once again Eddie

The key was slightly bent so I wasn’t sure if they could cut it or if the new key would work.
I was amazed that two keys were cut within a few minutes and work perfectly 👍 considering the slight bend in the key they used to copy that was a struggle to use at home, we tried wacking it with a hammer lol so I am really pleased with the new keys. They done a marvellous job.

Key cutting, engraving, lots of services. A parrot in the store too. Quite charming. Key cutting starts at £ 4.99 and engraving a trophy £6.50 for first 3 letters and 65p per letter after that. Shop assistant helpful and friendly.

I’ve had the best service here.
The owner is kind, helpful and helped me out when I didn’t even have enough money to pay fully for the service. The customer service here is excellent, the employees helped me so much when I really needed help with my lost keys and new locks.
I’ve read some bad reviews on here but these people that are reviewing have conflict of interest or are truely not saying the truth!
I just checked the reviews now and I feel its a hateful review because the same guy has gotten even is friends to review due to hate speech!
The employees are truely helpful and kind! I guess they can’t please everyone!

I needed a special lock for my old metal door but could not find one online. The lock is very narrow went to a different locksmith and he tried to sell me the wrong one. A&Y said if they didn't have it in stock then they would get it by next day but had what I needed in stock so I was happy. They have 2 shops one in Borehamwood and one in Mill Hill. Really helpful I have used them loads of times and never been let down.
